Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is ideally located just steps away from the Exeter Cathedral and the city center, making it convenient yet peaceful. The rooms offer a lovely view from the window, perfect for relaxing with a drink. However, the open bathroom design might not suit those seeking privacy. The service was consistently helpful and friendly, making my stay more enjoyable. The dining experience was delightful, with perfectly cooked dishes in a beautifully refurbished dining room. Overall, a great choice for exploring Exeter with some minor room privacy concerns.
During my next stay, I enjoyed the chilled-out music but was disappointed to have a view of a brick wall opposite. My aching body and empty stomach didn't fully appreciate the experience, although the service was exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were luxurious with a big roll-top bath and absolutely lovely, very spacious with beautiful decor. The service was top-notch, with very attentive and accommodating staff who were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the Cathedral, shopping areas, and the quayside, making it a great spot for meeting up with friends or family. The dining experience was excellent, with a large choice of beautifully cooked dishes. Overall, a wonderful experience.
